Exchanges are free of charge for orders to Spain, Portugal and the Balearic Islands. In order to request another size, the client will need to request it through our website. Afterwards, we will send a shipping agent to deliver the new product. The shipping agent will pick up the product that is requested to be exchanged for during this delivery. The first package, to be exchanged for, shall be in the same condition as when it was first delivered.
In case you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the day of the delivery to return the product and receive the refund. When returning a product, the client is responsible for the shipment and costs. Furthermore, we recommend an insured shipment method.
The refund can be done in two ways:
- At any of our physical stores
-By mail, sending the articles in the same condition as it was delivered, and in its original packaging, to the following address:

In order for us to process the refund correctly it is important that the client sends the returns sheet that was sent on the package.
Once we receive the articles and verify that it is in good condition we will proceed to refund the money. This reimbursement will be received through the same payment method that it was charged and within a 20 day period from the date of reception of the articles.
